Catered Functions

Catered functions are available Wednesday to Sunday (during school term) and every day during school holidays. Minimum persons required. Bookings Essential. Every endeavour is made to maintain prices as printed, but may be subject to change without notice.

Confirmation Of Booking

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to confirm your bookings. Prices are set on confirmation of booking. Final admission and catering numbers are required a minimum of 10 days prior to the event. Full payment for catering and group tickets is required upon final confirmation 10 days prior to the event date. In the event that payment deadlines are not met, a booking cancelation may occur.

Group Tickets

Tickets will be sent to your nominated address by registered mail (postage fees apply) upon confirmation and receipt of the final payment in accordance to the above mentioned confirmation deadlines. Group tickets are date specific, unredeemed tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. Additional tickets cannot be purchased at the discounted group rates on the day of the event, standard admissions ticket pricing will apply

Cancellation Policy

Should your confirmed booking be cancelled your deposit will be refunded, less 25% retained as an administration fee. Should your confirmed booking be cancelled within 10 days of the event date, 100% of the deposit will be retained. Bookings can be rescheduled upon request and is subject to availability.

Reserving Huts/Cabanas For Parties And Social Gatherings

It is company policy that clients reserving huts/cabanas are responsible for:

  • The clearing of all food scraps and rubbish and the removal of all decorations from the Hut/Cabana.
  • BBQ, tables, bench areas and floor areas have been cleared of rubbish and food residue within reason.
  • Any damage caused by the client or guests; Outback Splash will notify in writing 7 days after the event

Alcohol, Food And Beverages

Outback Splash is a licenced venue, BYO alcohol is not permitted. Alcohol consumption is not permitted in/on any water attraction, the Hedge Maze, Timber Maze Slide Tower and Children’s Playground. While Guests are permitted to bring small picnics and snacks into the venue, fast food (commercially prepared foods) and external catering is not permitted. Outback Splash is strictly a glass free venue.
